At SkillVaulta, we want you to be leveling up with confidence. Since our products are instant digital downloads, we generally don't offer traditional returns, but we’re humans, not robots - we want you to be happy with your purchase.

How it Works

  • Digital Goods: Because PDF guides are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the physical sense, all sales are typically final.

  • Refund Requests: If you are unhappy with your guide, or if there was a technical issue with your download, we want to hear about it.
